Labor sucked!
I was schedualed for an epidural. I did not get one. :( So basically with a little non helpful pumps of pain meds into my IV... it sucked ass... i've never been in so much pain.
Sunday night 10:00 p.m. Was in the hospital to induce labor.
Monday at 12:30 pm they gave me more pain meds in the IV.
At 12:45 pm, I was at 2 centimeters..the doctor came in and popped my water.
12:50 pm.. I'm screaming bloody murder over the contractions..AND that I feel the baby comming! (Loki ran to get the nurses)
By 1:08 pm.. Lucien was OUT. It happened sooooo quickly, no one could really do anything.
The doctor and nurses could not believe it happened that fast. They were expecting at least 1 hour per centimeter.
I was waiting untill 4 centimeters then get my epidural..but that didn't work.
They had 3 anasthesiologists at the hospital then... but ALL 3 were too busy with something else that they could NOT get into the room for me quick enough. 1 was with a woman for a C-section, 1 was with a heart trauma patient, and the other was somewhere doing something (proberbly with his thumb up his ass)
So... I had to do it pretty much naturally.
Because Lucien came out sooo quickly, he was all swollen and looked bruised up there for a little while.
He had some breathing problems.
A few hours after delivery, he would stop breathing for nearly 20 seconds at a time. On and off. By Loki touching him, it would stimulate him to actually breathe again.
So that caused a scare. And they couldn't tell if he had sleep apnea, or if it was because of the pain meds they gave me in the IV, if the meds relaxed him sooo much he stopped breathing.
Sooo He's been in the hospital since then, on breathing monitors to make sure it was not apnea.
So far he has not had any problems
So we get to bring him home Sunday..but he will have to be constantly hooked to a breathing monitor while at home for awhile.

2 hours after the delivery, they moved me to the recovery room.
I said fuck it "I need a cigg!"
So I started walking down the hall to go outside, and I got bitched at by the nurses.
They were like "OMG, I can't believe you're up and walking like that...you need a wheelchair!"
So they made me use a wheelchair. :/
Whatever..the chair was fun..i got to bang into a few walls on the way down for a cigg. LOL
But, about 2 hours after delivery (with no good pain meds)
I was walking around fine and dandy..not really in much pain at all.
All this week, every nurse I passed... all I'd hear is "you look great..I cannot believe your up and walking like that!" And they had an honestly suprised look on their faces
I guess I was one of those "odd cases"
Its good to have a high pain tolerance. LOL

Well, 10 more days and we'll be in the hospital inducing labor. yaaaay.
So far, I have no dialation, and everything else seems to be going just fine.
So, if i can make it through the week, we can keep all our plans to induce on Friday the 13th, and we'll be doing good.
I can't wait for this part to be over...the raging hormones are driving me crazy.
Between damn near getting kicked out of Wal Mart for bitching at them for being slow ass lazy fucks that dont wanna do their jobs (and screaming that i'd rather not turn 50, and go into labor in the middle of the stupid store).... to getting pulled back in a vehicle for damn near getting out and ripping stupid people out of the driver seat of their cars cause they are retarted drivers.. To snapping at everyone.
whew....I've become Top Bitch here lately. lol
Sad part is.. Im enjoying every minute of it. *evil grin* I just have a reason to back it all up at the moment.
Hell as if Im not bad enough without the hormone levels..lmao I guess it hasnt changed too much, I only waddle more now when I walk. lmao
